The price per night is based on up to 4 guests sharing the accommodation.
For up to 8 guests, there is an extra charge of €10 per person per night.
A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your holiday is required to book any property.
The remaining balance is due at least one month before your arrival in Lanzarote.

About the property:
This beautifully designed 2 bedroom penthouse loft apartment is approximately 100 sq metres in size. It is centrally located in Lanzarote town of Costa Teguise. - set back slightly from the Las Cucharas bay which is great for swimming and has a beautiful golden sandy beach.
The apartment has been furnished and refurbished to a very high standard and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in 3 doubles - 2 sofa beds, 1 single, plus cot.
There is a modern bathroom - shower room with toilet and also a 2nd seperate toilet.
The penthouse is furnished to a very high standard in a modern style.
The lounge has a large glazed area with beautiful vistas over Costa Teguise town and Las Cucharas bay. There is a comfortable seating area in the lounge for up to eight people and it comes equipt with basic satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi internet connection.
There is a curtained, double bedroom in the corner of the lounge that also has fantastic sea views.
There are two light and airy double bedrooms in the apartment, both with king-size beds and a further bedroom with one extra single.
The kitchen/diner is open-plan, spacious and comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances and dining furniture for eight guests.
The exterior of the apartment has a good sized and partly covered, south facing terrace, perfect for having a barbecue or entertaining guests. The terrace also has excellent views of the sea and coastline and comes equpped with dining furniture and sun loungers for relaxing.
A Basic Welcome Pack complete with a Bottle of Wine, Water, Crisps, Milk, Tea and Coffee are included and provided on arrival.

At the main beach in Costa Teguise (Las Cucharas) equipment can be hired for the following activities: windsurfing, diving, boogie boarding and kayaking as well as Sun shades and beds for those who wish to relax.
The main square in Costa Teguise 'Pueblo Marinero' is surrounded by bars and a large selection of restaurants, including local tapas bars, Indian, Italian, Fench and Chinese cuisine. On various nights through the week live entertainment can be watched on the square's bandstand. The square is taken over on Friday evenings to make way for a craft market selling jewellry, local crafts and leather goods.
There are a good selection of supermarkets and shops within walking distance of the apartment including: pharmacies, doctors and bike hire shops.
There is a nice walkway arount the coastline, excellent for a stroll with seating and small bars along the way - great for having a break and in the views.
There is also a Water Park and the islands main golf course in Costa Teguise.
Further afield:
The capital of Arrecife is just a short journey away from the resort of Costa Teguise. The Grand Hotel in Arrecife is the islands only really tall building, standing 17 stories high. A beautiful cafe and restaurant are at the top of the building, accessible by a lift and you will be able to experience excellent views of the island.
Just a 20 minute drive from the apartment is Teguise, home to the islands largest market. The market takes place every Sunday morning, attracting visitors from all over the island. Selling everything from T Shirts, bags, belts, local wine, linen and jewellery, the market winds through the streets of Teguise with a lively and bustling atmosphere.
