About the property:

This modern holiday villa is a single storey villa situated in the popular resort of Costa Teguise Lanzarote - in a quiet residential area.

The villa is tastfully decorated throughout and well equipped with everything one could need for the perfect self catering holiday:

Lounge:
A good size open plan lounge / dining area with two high quality leather sofas, dining table with six chairs, Satellite TV, video and audio equipment. Patio doors lead out to the partially covered terrace area outside and pool.

Kitchen:
The kitchen leads off of the raised dining area and contains all modern kitchen and cooking equipment and facilities.

Master bedroom:
The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables - with lamps, en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 has two single beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes.
Both bedrooms 2 and 3 share a shower room. All bedroom are of a good size!

The villa has a private heated pool which measures 6m x 4m, with surrounding terrace area containing tables, chairs, parasol, several sun loungers and barbecue.
High walls around the villa make this area very private and ideal for relaxing around swimming pool.

The villa is only a short distance away from the 5 beautiful beaches in Costa Teguise where you'll find an abundance of water sports, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Distance to airport:
Villa Regala is approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport.

Recommendations / Local Activity:
Lanzarote like the other Canary Islands enjoys an abundance of sunshine and warm temperatures throughout the year.
Lanzarote has some of the most striking landscapes of all the Canary islands with volcanoes and almost martian like terrain as well as some beautiful fauna and flora.

Costa Teguise itself boasts 5 beautiful beaches and has the only water park and golf course located near-by. Las Cucharas is the main beach in Costa Teguise and also has a wind surfing school.
There are a good selection of restaurants and bars and the main square of Pueblo Marinero comes alive on a friday evening with a local handicraft market.
Costa Teguise is only a short drive from the many attractions the island has to offer including those designed by the famous local artist and architect Cesar Manrique. Definately worth a visit is the Cesar Manrique foundation, Jameos del Agua, Green Caves. The capital of Arrecife is also worth a visit with its many shops and pavement cafes and is only a 10 minute drive or local bus ride away. Local buses run from Costa Teguise to Arrecife several times a day.
